Held each July at the Delaney Park Strip, this event is a joyful day filled with music, activities, resources, and community connection—because disability is a natural and valuable part of human diversity.

We invite organizations, agencies, artists, and businesses to host a booth and engage with hundreds of attendees in a welcoming, inclusive environment. This is a great opportunity to share your services, build relationships, and demonstrate your commitment to accessibility and inclusion.

Your booth space will not be considered fully reserved until both the application and payment are received.

• Each vendor space includes room for one table and two chairs

• Vendors are encouraged to bring their own table and chairs if possible

• A limited number are available upon request:

  • 20 tables total

  • 40 chairs total
    (Available first come, first served)
